Contrary to what my mom seemed to think in the voicemail she left me during practice, I am in fact still alive, as is everyon else here.
Today's practice was pretty hard; a major contrast with yesturday's recovery set. We did somewhere between 8400-8600 metres accodring to Kim, though Jeff figures we did around 9km. However, since we all know how good Jeff is at math, I'm more inclined to believe Kim the math teacher over him. That's awkward. The main set involved 6x800 free mixed with some quick 1s free.
Alright, I'm off to go ice my shoulder's, then go swim again in ~1.5 hours. That's awkward.
